General
These summary terms apply to website design and build services provided by Aurabuild (https://aurabuild.co.uk). By submitting an enquiry, accepting on our form, or paying an invoice, you agree to our Website Services Agreement.
One-off setup (£360)
- One-time payment for a complete website build, design, and launch.
- We help you research and choose a domain; you register and pay the domain registrar directly.
- Ongoing content changes after launch are not included unless you choose a rolling plan.
Rolling Standard (£320 + £30/month)
- Up to 2 general website changes per month.
- 3-month minimum · 3-month cancellation notice.
Rolling Plus (£320 + £45/month)
- £30 base + £15 changes add-on = £45/month.
- Up to 4 general website changes per month.
- Same minimum term and cancellation notice as Rolling Standard.
Landlord Portfolio (£480 + £70/month)
- Unlimited property listing updates (add/remove listings, rent, beds, photos, availability).
- Up to 4 general website changes per month (not rebuilds).
- Listing updates and general changes are separate allowances.
- 3-month minimum · 3-month cancellation notice.
Liability
We do not guarantee search rankings or specific business results. Liability is limited as set out in the full Agreement.
