Unlimited listing updates (scoped)

Included without a monthly cap:

• Add or remove property listings
• Update rent, bedrooms, and location text
• Swap listing photos
• Mark properties as available or let agreed
• Edit listing descriptions

These must use your agreed listing template — not full site redesigns.

4 general site changes per month

Separate from listings, you also get 4 general website changes per month for:

• About page updates
• Contact details
• Testimonials
• Minor layout tweaks on non-listing pages

Full rebuilds, new page types, and redesigns are quoted separately.

Fair use

The plan covers normal landlord portfolio activity. Bulk migration of many listings in one month without prior agreement may be quoted separately.
